Request a Repair Appointment

We’re a small, specialized shop — every repair is handled personally by our technician, Dan.
All repair services are by appointment only, and this short application helps us understand your equipment and request.

  • No walk-ins
  • Not every job is accepted
  • Precision work takes time

With just one technician and limited bench space, availability is limited and wait times may apply.

By sharing a few details here, you’ll make the repair process smoother and more efficient for both of us.

How It Works

  1. Fill out the request form with your equipment details.
  2. We review your request to determine if we can accept the job.
  3. If accepted, we’ll contact you to confirm a drop-off time.
  4. Repairs are completed as parts and bench time allow — wait times may apply.

What We Need From You

  • Equipment type (receiver, turntable, television, speakers, other)
  • Brand and model (if known)
  • Clear description of the issue (what it does/doesn’t do, when it started, any smells/smoke/noise)
  • Your preferred days/times for drop-off
  • Photos (optional but helpful: front/back labels, connections, problem areas)

Before You Arrive

Please do not bring your equipment until we confirm your appointment. All drop-offs and pickups are by appointment only at our Clinton Township location.

Frequently Asked Questions

full Repair FAQ.

Do you accept walk-ins?

No. All drop-offs are by appointment only. Please use the request form above.

Can I call instead of filling out the form?

You can, but we prioritize requests through the form. It ensures we have the details we need to properly evaluate your gear.

How long will repairs take?

It depends. Some jobs are straightforward, while others require rare parts or more in-depth troubleshooting. We don’t guarantee timelines—because we won’t cut corners.

Do you fix everything?

No. We’re selective. Units previously worked on, or “eBay specials” with hidden issues, may not qualify. Every request is reviewed before approval.
